3. Services
3.1 Live Training Sessions
Our live sessions focus on threat awareness upskilling and are scheduled at predefined times. Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the event may be transferred to a future session at no extra charge. Cancellations received within 7 days of the session date are not eligible for a refund, due to preparation and instructor scheduling commitments.
3.2 Workshops and Seminars
Workshops and seminars offer interactive components and are subject to a 14-day advance change policy. If you request a change earlier than 14 days before the event, we will accommodate a date change subject to seat availability. No refunds are issued for late cancellations.
4. Information Products
Digital content includes online courses, e-books, and training manuals. You may request a refund within 14 days of access if less than 20% of the material has been viewed or downloaded. To request a refund, contact our team via the contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited via the original payment method.
5. Physical Goods
Printed manuals and branded merchandise are shipped within Canada. Merchandise shipments incur a non-refundable shipping fee. If an item is defective or damaged, notify us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Exchanges for different items are subject to availability and additional shipping costs.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Eligibility Criteria
- Service changes must meet the advance notice requirements stated above.
- Information product refund requests must comply with the 14-day access limit.
- Physical goods must be reported as damaged within 7 days of delivery.
6.2 Processing Requests
- Submit all refund or change requests through our contact form.
- Approved refund requests are settled within 10 business days to the original payment instrument.
- For services, where a date change is permitted, we will issue a credit toward a future session instead of a refund.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of ThreatSkill Up offerings confirms acceptance of the revised terms.
